Carel van Laack (53) founded Vlect Executive coaching & training in December 2007. The two key business practises are coaching and training senior management, and rendering advisory and consulting services to senior management teams. Before starting up Vlect Executive coaching & training, Carel was a Director in several Multi Nationals on several continants.
Following his studies and his military service (Officer in the Reconnaissance Service of the SADF ), Carel held commercial and senior management positions at Olivetti Africa in South Africa, Sharp Electronics Benelux, Sharp Corporation of New Zealand and Lexmark International in the Netherlands .
Carel has studied Economics at the University of the Witwatersrand where he received his B.A. degree.
Carel serves on the supervisory boards of a number of smaller Dutch companies.
